Book your next appointment now and pay online or in store. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.
Taxes
Prices do not include tax. A 15% GCT (General Consumption Tax) will be added at checkout.
Child Policy
To preserve the serene ambiance of our spa, children are only permitted if they are receiving a service.
Daily Schedule
Our final appointment of the day begins at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM, subject to availability. Appointments scheduled for 6:00 PM are for services lasting one hour or less.
Extended Wait Times
Should there be a significant delay, we will offer to reschedule your appointment at a 10% discount on your primary service.
Gratuities
Tips are welcomed and may be seamlessly added to your final bill for your convenience.
Service Etiquette
Kindly refrain from consuming food during your service to maintain our tranquil environment.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not permitted within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment to respect the time of other clients.
Polish Guarantee
If nail polish chips within 2 business days, we will gladly provide a complimentary re-polish. Beyond 7 days, a full service fee will apply.
Noise Control
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that all conversations—both in person and on the phone remain discreet.
Personal Belongings
Haven Beauty House is not liable for any damage or loss of personal items.
Client Care
In the rare instance of a minor injury, first aid is readily available.
Health Policy
Services cannot be rendered if the client presents signs of infection or fungus.
Property Damage
Guests are held accountable for the replacement of any damaged property within our establishment.
Safety Assurance
For your safety and ours, our premises are equipped with surveillance monitoring.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided after departing from the spa.
